The 23-year-old’s decision to turn down a move to Liverpool has worked out for him as he has since won the Copa Libertadores and secured a move to Europe, where he has been a big part of the current Wolves team.

Liverpool were linked with Andre again before he completed his move to Wolves this summer, which shows that the Reds retained their interest in the player.

Having racked up experience in the Premier League, the Brazilian could still be an option for the Reds heading into the summer as the Merseyside club hope to add a number six to their squad.
