Liverpool is well-represented in the EA SPORTS FC Premier League Team of the Season nominations.
The popular electronic gaming platform has released the first TOTS public vote.
EA revealed the official TOTS card design earlier this week as they confirmed the EA FC 25 promo, and they have now announced the nominees for this season’s team.
Liverpool are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League, with just six points standing between them and their 20th league title.
Arne Slot’s side currently leads Arsenal by 13 points and could secure the title this weekend if Arsenal lose to Ipswich Town and they beat Leicester in their upcoming game on Sunday.
As a result, it is no surprise that Liverpool players feature predominantly in the EA SPORTS FC Premier League Team of the Season nomination.
The Reds, alongside Nottingham Forest, are the two most nominated clubs in the EA FC 25 Premier League TOTS vote, with seven players from each team nominated.
Arsenal have five nominations, while Chelsea has two, and just one from Manchester City.
The players nominated from Liverpool are Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker, Ryan Gravenberch, Ibrahima Konate, Alexis Mac Allister, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
Gravenberch, Salah and Van Dijk have started every one of the club’s Premier League games this season.
The trio have been key in the Reds’ title quest, with Salah particularly impressive.
The Egyptian is the favourite to win the Premier League Player of the Season award, with his 27 goals and 18 assists setting him apart from the rest.
He, alongside Van Dijk and Gravenberch, is almost certain to be included in the EA FC 25 Premier League TOTS.
Mac Allister is another player who has had a huge impact on Liverpool’s Premier League season.
The Argentina international has started 28 out of 32 Premier League games this season, missing the club’s 2-2 draw with Fulham in December through suspension.
Meanwhile, Alisson, Konate and Alexander-Arnold are among the best players in their position.
But the trio have missed a couple of games through injuries this season, complicating their chances of being selected in the XI.
Fans can now decide who makes it into the final XI.
