They are a club credited with an interest in Isak, with manager Mikel Arteta reputedly a huge fan

However, their growing interest in his compatriot could leave the pathway to Isak clear for Liverpool to sign the Newcastle striker.

It is conceivable, then, that the Gunners end up signing Gyokeres rather than his international team-mate
