"The translator saw me and said I couldn't tell him that, and I told him to tell him because I was going to explain it to him.

Ibrahima Konate priority
After resolving Salah's contract and hopefully doing the same with Van Dijk's, the Reds will supposedly shift their attention to keeping Ibrahima Konate at the club.
The French defender has already spoken this year on the subject to announce discussions were underway

Now the priority was obviously Salah and Van Dijk, but the next one could be Konate as Liverpool are working on it."
With his own deal due to expire in 2026, the club would be looking to avoid a similar situation as to the one experienced with Trent Alexander-Arnold this year
In fact, past reports have already suggested Real Madrid are willing to act if Liverpool do not secure Konate's commitment.
