It is no secret that a strong dressing room can make a huge difference in a title race.

Liverpool know all about that this season.

The Reds are on the verge of winning another Premier League title, and it is clear that the players enjoy a brilliant atmosphere behind the scenes.

Sometimes it is not just about tactics and training.

The bond between players off the pitch often shows when it matters most on the pitch.

Having characters who lift the mood, make people laugh, and create that team spirit is priceless.

Liverpool fans will be pleased to hear that there is no shortage of that in their squad.

Alexis Mac Allister recently gave fans a glimpse into the dressing room when he ranked the funniest players at the club.

He spoke about three teammates who keep the energy levels high at all times.

But one player, in particular, stood out to him — and the way he described it says everything about Liverpool’s team spirit right now.

Speaking on Sky Sports’ Saturday Social Ranks, Alexis Mac Allister was asked to rank Andrew Robertson, Darwin Nunez, and Kostas Tsimikas by how funny they are.

Mac Allister made it clear that one man was miles ahead.

“Well, Robo first for sure,” he said without hesitation.

When asked what made Robertson so funny, Mac Allister smiled and said, “Well, there’s a couple of things that we cannot say here because the cameras are rolling.”

“But I have a really good relationship with him.”

“He’s a funny guy, he’s always smiling and bringing joy to the dressing room?

By far, yes.”

As for Nunez and Tsimikas, Mac Allister placed Darwin second because of their strong friendship and the fact they both speak Spanish.

“I think I’m going to put Darwin second, just because of the language and because I get along with him really well,” he explained.

“Yeah, he’s a really good friend.

We spend most of the time together, so I’m going to put him second.”

Tsimikas came third, but not because he lacks energy.

Mac Allister laughed as he said, “And then Kosti — his energy is above the roof.”

When asked to confirm, he said again, “Yeah.”

Mac Allister was even asked to rate his own funniness.

He was humble, replying, “I think I always put myself on the floor.” When asked why, he simply said, “No, not really,” about making people laugh, before adding, “It’s okay, it’s just the way I am?

I like laughing.”

Liverpool’s dressing room sounds like it is exactly where it needs to be — full of joy, energy, and unity.
