Mac Allister has been a key player for Arne Slot at Liverpool this season and his importance does not diminish in value when the midfielder goes away with his national team.
Argentina’s media were impressed with Mac Allister against Uruguay, and having followed that display up with another brilliant performance against Brazil, the press were keen to heap praise on the Liverpool star once again.
One of the biggest outlets in Argentina, TyC Sports, gave Mac Allister a seven rating and stated: “He’s such a complete player that it’s hard to single out one aspect of his game; he does them all.
He also produced a precise finish to set up Argentina’s third goal.”

The midfielder showed just how good he is once again against Brazil on Tuesday night as the midfielder scored a goal, completed 87% of his passes, had 41 touches, made one clearance, one interception and a tackle.
Liverpool will also be thankful that Mac Allister returns to Merseyside without any fitness issues, as Slot will need the 26-year-old for when the Reds take on Everton in a week.
Liverpool have nine Premier League games left this season, and by the end of it, the World Cup winner will be hoping to have his hands on his first English league title at Anfield.
