Anfield looks set to host the party of all parties this summer as Liverpool are on course to record a second Premier League title triumph in five years.

The Reds are currently 11 points clear of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League and know they need just eight points from seven games to secure a 20th league title triumph.

In doing so, Arne Slot would become just the fourth manager in history to win the Premier League during his debut season in English football.

But despite the historic achievement the Reds are on the brink of achieving, all signs point to it being a summer of change at Anfield, too.

And perhaps most of those changes are set to come in attack, with the likes of Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez facing uncertain futures at the club.

The Colombian international has been an integral part of Liverpool's success under Slot so far - scoring 14 goals across all competitions in 44 appearances for the Reds - but his future at Anfield seems to have been in the balance for the last 18 months as he has been linked with moves to Barcelona and teams in the Saudi Pro League.

Earlier this season, the former FC Porto man was deployed in a centre-forward position by Slot, such was the impressive nature of Cody Gakpo's performances on the left flank.

Of course, Diaz is still a valuable asset to Liverpool.

But at 28 and set to enter the final two years of his contract, a departure this summer might not be entirely out of the question.

Liverpool, it is worth remembering, looked set to sign Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United at the end of June as the Magpies explored ways to avoid breaching the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules.

In the end, however, Eddie Howe's side did not need to deal with the Reds after they received hefty fees for Elliott Anderson and Yankuba Minteh.

It is, then, fair to assume that after last summer's activity, Liverpool could still have one eye on strengthening their attacking options in wide areas.

And with Gordon unable to hit the same heights he did during his first full season at St James' Park, the Reds could find Newcastle United willing to do business again this summer.

However, Diaz is not the only attacker facing an uncertain future at Anfield this summer.

In fact, the same can be said for both Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez.

Both players have, for one reason or another, been unable to grasp the mantle as Slot's go-to No.9 this season at Anfield, and as a result, the recruiting of a new forward is surely set to be high up on the inventory of sporting director Richard Hughes this summer.

The burning question, however, is who could Liverpool realistically sign this summer?

Alexander Isak has been linked with a move to Anfield - and other Premier League clubs - but Newcastle seem intent on pricing any suitors out of a deal for their star man this summer with talk of a deal costing at least £120m.

Matheus Cunha and Hugo Ekitike have been linked with moves to Anfield after impressive individual seasons at Wolves and Eintracht Frankfurt respectively.

But looking elsewhere, there could be value in a deal for Ipswich Town's Liam Delap.
