After Tarkowski's equaliser, Doucoure went to celebrate in front of Liverpool's away fans, which riled up Jones.
Jones and Doucoure clashed in the celebrations, sparking chaos in the closing minutes as Everton fans, who had earlier invaded the pitch after Tarkowski scored, were jubilant.
As the pair clashed, both Jones and Doucoure were sent off in the heated scenes.
Liverpool boss Arne Slot was also shown a red card, meaning he will miss being on the touchline for his side's next match.
