Arne Slot’s arrival at Liverpool has been met with cautious optimism.
The Dutch manager brought the dynamic style of play usually seen in Eredivisie side, Feyenoord to the Merseyside club.
With just a few games under his belt, Slot has already made his presence felt in the English Premier League.
His ‘building from the back’ which allows for fluid attacking movements is now common place with the Reds.
Though it’s still early days, Slot’s Liverpool side has shown glimpses of energetic and possession based football.
To ensure the team continues on an upward trajectory, Slot has been gradually assembling a trusted group of staff members to help implement his vision at Anfield.

According to 1908.nl, the latest addition to this growing team is none other than video analyst Roderick van der Ham.
The 33 year old Dutchman previously worked under Slot at Feyenoord.
Van der Ham joins Liverpool after more than two seasons as Feyenoord’s video analyst.
During his time in Rotterdam, he worked on 95 matches alongside Slot.
He helped the team win the Eredivisie title in 2023, the KNVB Cup in 2024, and the Johan Cruijff Shield the same year.
Before Feyenoord, Van der Ham sharpened his skills at Heracles Almelo and RKC Waalwijk.
Van der Ham’s expertise in tactical video analysis is expected to play a pivotal role in Slot’s game preparations at Liverpool.
His deep understanding of Slot’s methods and his keen eye for detail will be valuable assets as the Reds push for success on multiple fronts this season.
