Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has confirmed that is engaged in dialogue with sporting director Richard Hughes on a daily basis - with talks over youngsters James McConnell and Jayden Danns potentially leaving on loan "ongoing".

As for dialogue in terms of transfer activity, Slot confirmed that he has spoken with Hughes about the prospect of Reds academy graduates McConnell and Danns potentially leaving on loan in the coming days.
