Arne Slot has suggested that Liverpool will pursue a goalscorer this summer with Mohamed Salah a draw for potential recruits.

The club haven't been unable to rediscover the combination that existed when Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino led the line.

There has been talk of Darwin Nunez leaving Anfield with the Uruguayan still struggling to find any regular form.

Salah's decision to stay put will aid the Reds' ambitions to remain challenging for honours with Slot confident his faith in the club will be a good sign for those watching on.
