At the age of 16 years and 135 days, Ngumoha made Liverpool history last month as the winger became the youngest player to start a game for the Merseyside club when he made his senior debut against Accrington Stanley in the FA Cup last month.
Wataru Endo was left very impressed by Ngumoha’s performance against Accrington, describing the youngster as an ‘amazing’ dribbler.

That display has also impressed Slot and the Dutch coach has just put a lot of faith in the 16-year-old as he has been added to the Premier League leaders’ Champions League squad.
According to The Athletic, Ngumoha has been added to Liverpool’s Champions League squad for the knockout stages of this season’s competition.
The winger was not eligible for the league phase as he waited for the paperwork to be completed following his move from Chelsea but with clubs permitted to make three changes to their squads before the knockout stages, Liverpool have taken the opportunity to add Ngumoha to their List A of players.
The English talent replaces midfielder Tom Hill, who recently completed a permanent move to Harrogate Town.
This is a very exciting step in the career of Ngumoha and it is a sign that Slot feels he has a top talent on his hands.
Ngumoha is already impressing Slot in Liverpool training, which the Dutch coach recently admitted, and it has become apparent that the Reds boss is an admirer of the 16-year-old talent.
The Premier League leaders have put a lot of faith in the winger by making the move to bring him to Anfield, giving him his first senior start at such a young age, and now including him in their Champions League squad.
At 16, it is hard to see where exactly the youngster’s career will go at present, however, the signs are very good and Liverpool fans are right to be getting excited about the winger.
The Merseyside club could have another Alexander-Arnold, Gerrard or Owen on their hands, and there is no better person to develop that talent than Slot.
