The Reds’ stopper displayed his prowess with a sensational performance against PSG recently, making a number of superb saves as Liverpool managed to snatch a 1-0 win from the first leg of its last-16 encounter.
Speaking about his goalkeeper’s performance after the game, Slot commented: “I have had some very good players as a manager but never the best goalkeeper in the world until now.
If I get beat one-v-one it's so good to know he is behind me so he can pull me out of jail."

Alisson is undoubtedly clear of the Villa keeper, and even if you don’t consider the Liverpool man to be the best in the world, Martinez would still be behind Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois.
