Liverpool head coach Arne Slot and his assistant Sipke Hulshoff have both accepted the FA’s charges leveled against them following the Merseyside derby just over a week ago.
Following Liverpool’s 2-2 draw with Everton, Slot and Hulshoff were both shown red cards by referee Michael Oliver.
After the final whistle, Abdoulaye Doucoure sparked a brawl that also saw Curtis Jones given a second yellow card.
The FA charged Slot and Hulshoff with acting "in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behavior towards a match official" following the incident.
Arne Slot was given a red card for confronting Michael Oliver after the Merseyside Derby.
"There is an ongoing process now and I have to respect that," Slot said just under a week ago when he was asked about the incident during his pre-Wolves press conference
If I could do that differently, if I look back, I would love to do that differently, and I hope to do that differently next time."
Liverpool.com says: Slot cannot complain about the charge
If the Reds don't win whenever he is banned, assuming that will be the outcome, it won't be because Slot is sat in a different seat watching from the stands rather than the dugout.
