Conor Bradley has handed Liverpool a potential injury boost ahead of the Merseyside derby after Arne Slot confirmed the Northern Ireland international has returned to training.
The 21-year-old has been sidelined since limping off with a hamstring injury against Aston Villa in mid-February.
With Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez also injured, Jarell Quansah started at right-back in the League Cup final defeat to Newcastle United.

But the Reds have been boosted by the news that Bradley is closing in on a return, though Slot would not disclose whether the full-back would be available to face Everton on Wednesday night.

“Conor is training with us again but we have to make a decision on whether he is playing,” he said.
“Playing means coming in or starting, that is something I keep for myself.
“He has only had a few sessions after being out quite long with a repetitive injury, so we have to make smart decisions.”
Meanwhile, Ryan Gravenberch is set to be available despite withdrawing from international duty because of injury, while Alisson Becker has one last check to come through, having trained following his return to Merseyside after suffering a concussion while away with Brazil.
“Ryan is okay, although we have to train one more time,” Slot said.
