Arne Slot has been urged to reunite with striker Igor Paixao at Anfield.
Brazilian forward Paixao, 24, helped Slot's team win the Eredivisie in 2023 and has 11 goals in all competitions this season.

If the Egyptian leaves in the summer when his contract expires, Slot will need to make at least one addition.

"Arne Slot must also enjoy his development.

"Gakpo is of course also a fantastic player and is doing well at Liverpool, but I think Paixao is better.
He scored for the Netherlands as they drew 2-2 with Spain in the first leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final, but La Roja ended up winning on penalties after another draw at the Mestalla on Sunday.
Gakpo and Liverpool remain firm favourites for the Premier League title, but Feyenoord have found things tougher in the Eredivisie.
