Arne Slot will be hoping Liverpool can pick up from where they left off when Liverpool face Bournemouth this weekend.

Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez, in particular, were in high spirits at the AXA Training Centre.

The former was given his first start of the campaign on Tuesday night when Liverpool defeated AC Milan, while the latter has suffered with injury and enjoyed a brief cameo off the bench against Forest.

Sot and Gomez were spotted enjoying a chat.

Gomez made his first appearance of the season on Tuesday evening, replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold in the final 10 minutes or so.

Conor Bradley has looked bright, meanwhile Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate have been solid at the back, so minutes could be hard to come by for the Charlton Atheltic academy graduate.

Van Dijk led by example in Liverpool training, always looking focused on the task at hand – one and off the pitch.

The Reds captain was in the zone during a gym session before setting the tempo on the pitches in Kirkby.
