Cody Gakpo was spotted away from Merseyside as his girlfriend shared a family update.

The Liverpool forward has been deployed in a left-wing position this season and has reaped the rewards with 16 goals and five assists in all competitions.

Gakpo’s form has helped Arne Slot’s side get a 13 point lead at the top of the Premier League table as well as reach the final of the Carabao Cup and the last 16 of the Champions League.



He came off the bench in Liverpool’s last game on Wednesday February 26 as the side beat Newcastle United 2-0.

Although he missed training yesterday, he has travelled with the squad to Paris where the reds will face PSG in the Champions League tonight.

It’s been a busy time for Gakpo, who used the week gap between games to enjoy some time away from Merseyside.

Gakpo travelled with his girlfriend Noa van der Bij, their son Samuël Seth Gakpo and their dog to Soho Farmhouse.

It is described on its website as a “rural escape offering food and drinks, wellness experiences and outdoor activities”.

On her Instagram page earlier this week, Noa shared a series of pictures from their trip.

One said: “Beautiful family.” Another said: “So cute.” A third person added: “Love it.”
