Liverpool still have to play Palace before the end of the season, with the two teams scheduled to meet at Anfield on May 25 on the final day of the campaign.
It's after this game that the Reds could lift the Premier League trophy in front of an Anfield crowd for the first time, and would also be Virgil van Dijk's second major trophy won as club captain after last season's Carabao Cup triumph.
