Darwin Nunez looks to be more connected to his Liverpool teammates than ever following his late game-winning brace against Brentford.

Nunez brilliantly commented on the post with two very effective words: "Mi hermano." When translated to English, this means: "My brother."

Although to an outsider it could just be seen as a nice comment, it highlights a sense of togetherness in a time where the strikers future was being questioned.

Arne Slot has denied that Nunez was playing for his future this season and instead wanted to focus on how to get the most out of the Uruguayan.
