Darwin Nunez is recalled to the Liverpool side as Curtis Jones replaces Alexis Mac Allister for the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Tottenham.
Conor Bradley starts in place of Trent Alexander-Arnold, who picked up a thigh injury in Saturday's 2-0 win at Bournemouth, but Andy Robertson keeps his spot at left-back as Virgil van Dijk once more partners Ibrahima Konate at centre-back.
Jones steps in for Mac Allister alongside Ryan Gravenberch as Dominik Szoboszlai once starts after his display during the weekend's victory at the Vitality Stadium.

Nunez replaces Luis Diaz as the centre forward with Mohamed Salah and Cody Gakpo stationed on the right and left flank, respectively and Federico Chiesa misses out on the match-day squad with Arne Slot able to name Diaz and Diogo Jota as his attacking options on the bench.
Joe Gomez returns to the match-day squad in place of Alexander-Arnold, whose injury setback is not believed to be a serious one while Harvey Elliott and Wataru Endo add further depth to the midfield options alongside Mac Allister.
Liverpool head into the second leg against Ange Postecoglou's men trailing 1-0 from the first leg thanks to Lucas Bergvall's controversial winner last month.
The winners of this tie will play Newcastle United at Wembley on March 16 after they beat Arsenal 4-0 across the two legs.
Alisson Becker, meanwhile, is simply rested, with Viteslav Jaros filling in on the bench as Caoimhin Kelleher starts.
Liverpool: Kelleher; Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Jones; Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo; Nunez.
