Liverpool's Trent-Alexander-Arnold has received a message from David Beckham after the win over Bayer Leverkusen.

Former England captain David Beckham has sent a message to Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold following the Champions League win over Bayer Leverkusen.



A hat-trick from Luis Diaz and a goal from Coady Gakpo gave Liverpool a memorable 4-0 win over the German champions and moved them to the top of the group stage table.

The game against Leverkusen came on the same day the new Adidas Predator Beckham boots were released.

There are just 3,000 pairs available globally, but Alexander-Arnold was one of the first to wear them, along with the likes of Alvaro Morata, Rodrigo De Paul and Marco Asensio.

Following the Champions League matches, Beckham took to social media to send a message to Alexander-Arnold and the other players who wore the boots.

Alexander-Arnold will have the chance to wear the boots again this weekend when Liverpool take on Aston Villa at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday.
