David Moyes has offered an update on the fitness of Dwight McNeil and Iliman Ndiaye ahead of the Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
In a positive development, McNeil and Ndiaye were seen participating in training ahead of the match at Anfield.
At his press conference on Tuesday at Finch Farm, Moyes provided further information on the fitness of both players, as well as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Vitalii Mykolenko.
"They're doing great actually, both of them are coming along great," the Everton manager stated.
"[Ndiaye] is a little bit further along than Dwight at the moment.
But we will have to wait and see tomorrow exactly how he is."
The last clash between Everton and Liverpool was an electrifying 2-2 stalemate at Goodison Park, a match filled with high emotions.
James Tarkowski netted a well-deserved leveller for the Toffees deep into stoppage time, at the 98th minute.
Since then, Everton have swiftly distanced themselves from the relegation zone and now approach Anfield with a comfortable 17-point buffer from the bottom three.
