Liverpool-linked defender Dean Huijsen has named Mohamed Salah as one of the top three forwards across the Premier League.

However, Huijsen, who joined Bournemouth from Juventus last summer, believes Salah is one of the best marksmen in the Premier League - naming him alongside Manchester City's Erling Haaland and Newcastle United's Alexander Isak.

Asked by ESPN who his three most difficult opponents have been since moving to the Premier League, Huijsen said: "Well, I think Haaland you always have to watch for.



He's always looking to find the place to score and you have to be aware of him.

"You are always looking at him and trying to mark him.

Then, I would say [Mohamed] Salah because he's always in the right place.

"He's always where he needs to be to score or assist.

He's always in the right spot.

"And [Alexander] Isak because I think he's a very complete striker.

I think he's a very complete striker."

Huijsen has been one of the standout defenders in the Premier League this season and, earlier this week, Liverpool were named as one of several clubs who could make a move for the Spanish international in the summer.
