Liverpool fans are on tenterhooks, awaiting news about the injury that led to Diogo Jota's exit during the triumphant match against Chelsea over the weekend.
The Reds secured a 2-1 victory against the London team in Sunday afternoon's Premier League clash, with Mohamed Salah and Curtis Jones netting goals at Anfield.
However, the first half saw Jota forced to leave the pitch after a tackle by Tosin Adarabioyo at the halfway mark.
Darwin Nunez stepped in for the injured forward, and post-match, Reds manager Arne Slot confessed he was still in the dark about the extent of the injury.

Likely possibilities are either a rib contusion (bruise) or a rib fracture.

Liverpool.com says: The Reds will take part in an open training session at 12.30pm UK time and Jota is unlikely to be involved there.
