The January transfer window rumbles on, but one target looks to be slipping out of Liverpool's grasp.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia looks set to leave Napoli very soon, and a move to Anfield was initially talked up, but it looks as though the Reds will have to watch on as he heads elsewhere.

The Georgia international has reportedly agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain, and is expected to be on the move very soon after telling Antonio Conte of his stance.

That will no doubt come as a big blow to Liverpool fans, although they were at least given a glimpse at what Federico Chiesa can offer on the right during Saturday's FA Cup win over Accrington Stanley.

The 4-0 win has put the Reds into the hat for the fourth round draw, which takes place later this evening.

We'll also bring you the FA Cup fourth draw later as Liverpool discovers its next opponents in the competition.

Five clubs in race for Endo

Fulham is weighing up a move for Wataru Endo this month, according to Caught Offside.

The Japan international has seen his game time at Liverpool decrease this season, although he has still played an important role in the cups, and may be required to fill in at center-back during the remainder of the campaign.

Nevertheless, Fulham has been touted as a potential destination for him before the end of the January transfer window.

Stefanos Tzimas race

Liverpool could face competition from some of its Premier League rivals for the signing of Stefanos Tzimas.

Anfield Watch has recently claimed that the Reds are keen on making a move for the 19-year-old forward, who is currently on loan at FC Nurnberg from PAOK.

Florian Plettenberg though says Chelsea, Aston Villa, Newcastle and Brighton are also keen, while Nurnberg is planning on activating the $18.5m (£15m/€18m) option with the intention of selling him directly in the summer.

Goncalo Inacio contact

Borussia Dortmund has made contact with the representatives of Goncalo Inacio, according to Florian Plettenberg.

The Sporting CP defender has been linked with Liverpool a lot over the last 18 months or so, but it's Dortmund who looks to be making the first move.

The German club is said to be monitoring his situation closely, but the current valuation of $36m (£29m/€35m) plus add-ons is too expensive for them.

Liverpool exit set to be confirmed

Liverpool defender Calvin Ramsay is set to join Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock on loan, according to the Daily Record.

Ramsay spent the first half of the season with Wigan Athletic, but returned to Merseyside after struggling for game time in League One.

The former Aberdeen star is now set to return to Scotland, and link back up with his former manager Derek McInnes, with Kilmarnock winning the race for his signature despite interest from other Scottish Premiership sides, as well as League One and Two sides in England.

Man City closing in on Marmoush

Manchester City looks to be closing in on the signing of Omar Marmoush.

Fabrizio Romano claims City held talks with Eintracht Frankfurt yesterday after the German club's game against St Pauli.

An official bid will follow as a 'formal' step, with City convinced that the deal will be finalized next week, thus ending any lingering hope Liverpool might have had of signing the Egypt international.

Loic Bade considered

Sevilla center-back Loic Bade is being considered by Liverpool, according to Spanish outlet AS.

It's claimed that the La Liga side doesn't want to sell Bade, but could be forced to due to its ongoing financial problems.

Definitely I’m ready to kick on now and move up a step.

If that’s here, if that’s somewhere else, I think football’s football and I’ve got to be a bit selfish and go with however I feel.

Slot makes Jayden Danns transfer admission

Arne Slot has admitted he doesn't know whether Jayden Danns will be sent out on loan this month.

The young striker impressed once again as he came off the bench to score in yesterday's FA Cup win over Accrington Stanley, with Liverpool facing a decision on the next step in his development:

The last thing (going out on loan in January), I don't know at the moment.

What I like most about him (Danns) and most of the academy players is the mentality they have.

That is a big compliment to him and definitely a big compliment to our youth academy because if you are a youngster and come to the first team, sometimes you're used in a way you might not expect.

Federico Chiesa transfer stance

Federico Chiesa wants to remain at Liverpool for the rest of the season, Gianluca Di Marzio has told Sky Sports (via TBR).

Chiesa, who impressed in his display off the bench for the Reds yesterday in the FA Cup, is reportedly being eyed up as a potential replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at Napoli, with Gazzetta Dello Sport claiming Antonio Conte is keen on taking him to Naples.

However, Di Marzio says Chiesa would "like to finish the season with Liverpool", with the Italian said to be "moving away" as an option for Napoli.
