According to Fabrizio Romano, both Liverpool and Arsenal are “pushing” to sign Isak.

Romano explained the situation, saying, “I told you big proposals will come, so it’s not going to be an easy one to manage for Newcastle, especially with Arsenal and Liverpool.”

Newcastle are aware of the interest and want to fight to keep their squad intact.

The club’s recent Carabao Cup victory and their push for a Champions League spot have strengthened their position.

“Newcastle really want to fight to keep as many players as possible,” Romano said.

But with big clubs circling, holding on to Isak won’t be simple.
