The January transfer window has opened with a bit of a bang where Liverpool are concerned.
Winter markets can often come and go with little movement from the Reds, as they instead prepare their plans for the summer.
But with Real Madrid pushing to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool have very much been in the transfer spotlight during 2025.
Alexander-Arnold is not the only member of the Liverpool squad courting rumours, though.
As Rousing The Kop has exclusively revealed, Liverpool are open to selling Ben Doak despite rejecting an initial £15m offer from Crystal Palace.
And as things rumble on in the cases of Alexander-Arnold and Doak, Federico Chiesa is reportedly another Liverpool player who could be on the move this January.

Chiesa has barely played for Liverpool this season.
His tally of four appearances and just one start is not what the Italian would have wanted at this stage.
His lack of action has led to reports that Chiesa wants to leave Liverpool.

Indeed, RTK understands that there are at least six Italian club who are willing to take the 27-yeaar-old back to Serie A on-loan.
But with Chiesa set to meet with Liverpool to discuss what happens next, the No.14 has taken to his Instagram to suggest that things are not quite as bad as has been reported.

Chiesa shared a post on Friday evening containing several photos of his time at Liverpool so far.
Amongst the shots was an image of the Italy international smiling while playing for the Reds.
Other snaps included some of his wife and dogs, with Chiesa looking far from a man unhappy with his situation.

Despite the happy nature of Chiesa’s pictures, RTK understands that the forward is ‘frustrated’ by his current playing time at Liverpool.
However, it is understood that this does not necessarily mean that Chiesa is ‘unhappy’ at the club.
RTK have been informed that Liverpool are still planning for the forward being at Anfield in the long-term and even if he does depart on-loan it will not mean that he has no future with the Reds.
One thing Chiesa is understood to be considering is his place in the Italy World Cup squad for 2026.
With the tournament now just 18 months away, Chiesa wants to make sure he is playing ahead of it.
For the moment, RTK understands there is a chance that Chiesa does depart back to Italy in January, but a stay at Anfield would also not be a surprise.
