It's been a tough day for Liverpool fans with Trent Alexander-Arnold set to join Real Madrid, but this should boost spirits...
talkSPORT understands Mohamed Salah is NOT currently in active talks over a move to Saudi Arabia.
Bosses of the Saudi Pro League believe the Egyptian wants to stay in Europe.
Liverpool remain hopeful of keeping both Salah and Virgil van Dijk who are out of contract this summer.
Saudi clubs are still expected to have a busy window though, as Ben Jacobs has revealed a list of big-named targets.
I don't think he's hoodwinked Liverpool.
"I don't think he's done the Sol Campbell trick of indicating to the club that he's going to sign and then run across town to join the biggest rivals."

Simon Jordan believes that Trent Alexander-Arnold is 'fortunate' to have got the move to Real Madrid.
He’s been captain of his boyhood club, he’s won everything with his boyhood club.
“Now, he’s not leaving to go to any other team, he’s going to Real Madrid, the biggest team in world football.
“So, I think it’s perfect for him and fair play to him, he’s earned that right in my opinion.”

Reece James has admitted that his muted celebration last night was due to his surprise that his free-kick resulted in a goal.
The Chelsea star found the back of the net in England's 3-0 win over Latvia with a glorious set-piece late in the first half.
Stepping up from all of 30 yards, James curled his effort around the Latvia goal and into the top corner of the Wembley net.
While his teammates swarmed him to celebrate his effort, James kept a straight face - a reaction that was unusual given the quality of his strike and the fact it was his first goal for his country.
But reflecting on his celebration in his first Three Lions appearance since 2022, James insisted there was nothing to worry about.
Asked about his relaxed celebration on ITV, he smiled: "I was surprised it hit the back of the net.
"I thought the keeper could have maybe got there but looking at the replay, it was probably tough."
He added: "I saw the wall and I thought I could bend it round and thankfully I managed to hit the back of the net."

Turkey and Real Madrid's Arda Guler has hit back at Domink Szoboszlai's very specific criticism.
The pair clashed on Sunday night as Turkey beat Hungary 3-0 in the Nations League for a 6-1 aggregate win that saw Szoboszlai's side relegated to League B.
During the match, Guler, who scored, shushed the Liverpool midfielder during an on-pitch clash.
The Hungary captain responded to a picture of the moment with the numbers 1088, referring to Guler's very few minutes for Madrid this season.
Now the 20-year-old has replied, with a brutal Instagram story which read: "This guy is a joke.
I would have loved to have celebrated with the team."
Musiala said at the time: "That's his assist."

Dean Huijsen won't be at Bournemouth next season, according to teammate Justin Kluivert.
Spanish outlet MARCA managed to speak to the former Valencia wideman after Spain beat his Netherlands side in the Nations League.
Asked about his Cherries teammate, Kluivert said: “I know that next year he won’t be with us.”
Huijsen, who played with the Netherlands youth teams, had just played his first senior international matches, but for Spain.
The 19-year-old centre back opted to represent the country where he grew up instead of his Dutch birthplace.
He impressed in both games for Spain as they overcame the Dutch on penalties in an enthralling Nations League semi-final.
Strongly linked with Real Madrid, talkSPORT understands that Liverpool are also interested in the teen defender.
Signed from Juventus for a miserly £12.6million, it's understood that he has a £50m release clause this summer.

Simon Jordan has given his thoughts on former employee Steve Bruce going after Dwight Gayle.
Gayle criticised the ex-Newcastle manager's lack of tactics on a podcast interview, and Bruce surprisingly hit back.
Speaking after a win with his League One Blackpool side, Bruce made headlines as he sarcastically called Gayle 'legendary' before mentioning a big miss in the FA Cup against Manchester City.
talkSPORT host Jordan, who hired Bruce at Crystal Palace, wasn't a fan of the response, saying: "I think Steve should've risen above it.
"I think that was a laddy environment with two young lads guffawing at what he [Gayle] said.
"Bruce managed for me a long time ago and the one thing he did was get himself on the training pitch.
"Gayle is an average player who played at Palace and I doubt there is anything seeded in accuracy [in what he said] but it will play to the gallery to the people at Newcastle that didn't appreciate Steve Bruce and his brand of football."

MLS side San Diego FC failed in their attempts to sign Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne, the club's sporting director has revealled.
Tyler Heaps told The Sun: "He is a fantastic footballer and loves this area.
"We have a lot of constituencies we have to care about and the Chelsea fan base is one.
"But long term I think we're going to build something new and we'll figure it out.

Nottingham Forest fans had an unwelcome sight with talismanic striker Chris Wood hobbling off for New Zealand this morning.
Wood was taken off in the 54th minute of a 3-0 World Cup qualifying win over New Caledonia and limped to the sidelines.
The 33-year-old is the Premier League's fourth highest goalscorer this season with 18 efforts.
He's also a huge part of why Forest are currently in line to qualify for the Champions League, having scored 37 per cent of their goals.
On top of that, Fantasy Premier League players are also big fans, with a massive 48.4 per cent of participants owning the former Burnley striker.
Forest return to action on Sunday away at Brighton and will be hoping Wood is good to go by then.
