Tonight's crucial games are closing in!

The Man United goalkeeper was dropped at the weekend after making two errors in the first leg against Lyon.

But Ruben Amorim is going to bring him back for the second leg, despite his potentially costly mistakes.

Winning the Europa League is the only way to rescue what has been a dismal campaign, so they have to win tonight.

Having Onana back in goal may be considered by some as a risk, but Amorim explained his decision on Wednesday.

The United boss said: "As a coach and former player, first of all, I try to do things that can help a player in this situation.

"We speak about managing players physically, but we also have to manage them also mentally.

"We had one weekend where I felt it was better for Andre Onana not to play, and a good thing for Altay [Bayindir] to play.

"He [Onana] will play tomorrow."

With six games left in the Premier League season, the race for a top five finish is going to the wire.

Liverpool and Arsenal look all but set to return to the Champions League in the 2024/25 campaign.

Former European champions Manchester City and Chelsea are also in contention to qualify for the competition.

However, Opta's Supercomputer has given Newcastle a 91.5 per cent chance of qualifying.

City have a 81.7 per cent chance, with Nottingham Forest standing at 72.7 per cent.

Aston Villa could just miss out with 27.3 per cent, with Chelsea looking set to be absent too on 25.6 per cent.

Harry Maguire has stressed the importance of Manchester United's Europa League clash against Lyon to add some shine on the season.

United have seen fluctuant results across all competitions and will fall to their worst ever Premier League points total.

They could still win silverware though, with a 2-2 quarter-final first leg draw against Lyon keeping them in the tie.

United defender Maguire knows how crucial the second leg will be at Old Trafford tonight as they eye another European trophy.

"It's been a disappointing season, there's no doubt about it.

Big game at Old Trafford, European night, and one that I'm looking forward to."

Nuno Espirito Santo says Nottingham Forest's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League remain in their hands.

Forest have put themselves in an excellent position to return to the pinnacle of European football for the first time since 1980.

They are fourth in the Premier League and three points clear of sixth but face a tough final run of fixtures.

Tottenham and Manchester City are their next two opponents and Chelsea visit on the final day of the season.

But Espirito Santo insists that they are in control of their destiny.

"Nothing has changed since last week, it is up to us, it's in our hands, we can't control other teams, we can't control the results.

"We have to focus, and it's about improvement.

"But his biggest Achilles heel, is his team are sitting where they are in the league."

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall insists Chelsea must not let their standards drop against Legia Warsaw.

The Blues are 3-0 up on aggregate in their Conference League quarter-final tie and one of the favourites to win the trophy in May.

Chelsea play the second leg at Stamford Bridge, and Dewsbury-Hall doesn't want the team to think they're already through.

"Look, it's 0-0 again," the midfielder said for the Chelsea programme.

No, I've got no idea," he said.

"We've got a game tomorrow night, but it's not something I need to think about I don't think.

"What I do know is we have an opportunity to get to the final four of a major tournament and that's where my focus is."

Lyon boss Paulo Fonseca is wary of the challenge that his side faces against Manchester United tonight.

The two sides drew 2-2 in their Europa League quarter-final first leg last week, with Lyon equalising in second half stoppage-time.

Old Trafford hosts the second leg tonight, live on talkSPORT, in what could be another close tie.

But despite United's struggles this season, Fonseca believes they could be at the top of their game when they welcome Lyon.

"It's going to be the best Manchester United of the season because it's a decisive match for them," he said in his press conference.

"Maybe they're playing for their season tomorrow.

He set them up perfectly, Arteta."

Good morning talkSPORT fans - what a night of European football that was!

Arsenal have taken one step closer to Champions League glory with a massive 2-1 quarter-final second leg win against Real Madrid.

Bukayo Saka, who saw his Panenka penalty saved in the first half, was on hand to put the Gunners ahead on the night.

Madrid equalised moments later through Vinicius Jr to offer slim hope of a comeback as they found themselves 4-1 down on aggregate.

But Gabriel Martinelli scored a second for Arsenal in stoppage-time to put the tie to bed and send them through to the semi-finals.

It's the first time since 2009 that they've reached the last four of the Champions League, a competition they are yet to win.

Up next are Paris Saint-Germain, who are arguably the favourites to go all the way thanks to some excellent performances.

In the other tie on Wednesday night, Inter Milan beat Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate to progress to a second semi-final in three years.
