The expected goals from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tell a different story to the scoreline.
Tottenham rallied to see out a 4-3 win despite a second half fight back from Manchester United.
However, the Red Devils can be disappointed to lose based on their xG tonight.
The visitors accumulated 2.58 in expected goals, compared to their opponents' 0.78.
However, Ange Postecoglou could see the funny side of his side's shaky defending after letting United back into the match.
Asked about criticism of his side, the Spurs boss said: "Are you not entertained?"

Spurs hold on to book their place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
It was far from easy in the end despite a brace from Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski's goal putting the hosts 3-0 up.
However, a pair of comical errors from Fraser Forster let United back into it.
Heung-min Son's late corner went all the way in to restore Spurs' two-goal lead only for another scare as Jonny Evans scored.
Ange Postecoglou's side held on, though, to join Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle in the last four.
The draw for the semi-finals is coming up shortly.

It's all over at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea complete their Europa Conference League opening round campaign with six wins from six.
A first half hat-trick from Marc Guiu was followed by goals from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Marc Cucurella.
The Blues also top the league phase to advance directly to the round of 16.
Meanwhile, Shamrock Rovers finish 10th and will contest a play-off tie in the new year.

Surely they couldn't snatch an equaliser?
United pull another goal back as Jonny Evans flicks a corner past Forster at the near post.
The goal prompts little to no celebrations with the away end already emptying.

Now it's Altay Bayindir's turn to make a mistake as Spurs put the game out of sight.
The United goalkeeper gets caught under the ball as Heung-min Son whips a corner into the box.
Under pressure from Lucas Bergvall, Bayindir gets nowhere near the ball as it sails all the way in.
The Turkey international's furious response sees him booked in the aftermarh.
He continued to protest afterwards but with no VAR the goal stands.
Gary Neville was not convinced, stating: "He's got to be stronger even if there is a slight touch."
Spurs now have a minute plus stoppage time to avoid any more nightmares.

Another horror moment for Fraser Forster.
A loose first touch from the Spurs keeper allows Amad Diallo to close him down.
Forster's clearance then ricochets off the winger and into the back of the net.
The goal came from a Spurs free-kick in their own half as the United comeback continues.
A stunned Gary Neville on commentary exclaimed: "One of the most Tottenham things you'll ever see."
United have also made another attacking change, with Alejandro Garnacho replacing Manuel Ugarte.

United have a lifeline as Fraser Forster gifts the visitors a goal.
The Spurs goalkeeper's misplaced pass falls to Bruno Fernandes, who squares for Joshua Zirkzee to score.
A moment to forget for Forster just seconds after he had denied Zirkzee.
The Dutchman's header was impressively kept out by Forster when he looked certain to score.
Could the Red Devils stage a dramatic comeback?

Chelsea have a fifth at Stamford Bridge thanks to Marc Cucurella.
The Spanish full-back finishes off a flowing passing move for the Blues to put the game beyond any doubt.
Cucurella capped it off by bursting into the box before hitting a right-footed strike in off the post.

Dominic Solanke has his second goal of the match as he all but finishes off United.
The forward latches onto a ball over the top before cutting onto his right foot.
After slaloming past Lisandro Martinez and Jonny Evans, Solanke rifles a low effort past Altay Bayindir.
In response, Ruben Amorim has made a triple substitution in a bid to turn the match around.
Antony, Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen make way for Amad Diallo, Joshua Zirkzee and Kobbie Mainoo.

Another injury blow for Man United.
It's now the same for Victor Lindelof, who has also only just returned from an issue in recent weeks.
He looks emotional as he leaves the pitch and heads straight down the tunnel while taking his shirt off.
Jonny Evans comes on in Lindelof's place.
