Liverpool will be without Cody Gakpo, Joe Gomez and Tyler Morton when they continue their quest for Premier League glory at Aston Villa on Wednesday night.
The Reds travel to Villa Park knowing that victory over the Champions League-chasing Midlanders will move them ten points clear at the top of the Premier League for a few days at least, with Arsenal not in action until Saturday when they face West Ham United.
But after Sunday's nervy 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers, Arne Slot will be without several first-teamers for his side's latest Premier League venture.

The in-form Gakpo will miss his second consecutive Premier League match as he recovers from a knock he sustained in the Merseyside derby draw at Goodison Park last week.
Meanwhile, in defence, Liverpool will be without Joe Gomez after he suffered a recurrence of a previous hamstring injury in the early stages of his side's shock FA Cup defeat to Plymouth Argyle.
The England international is expected to be out for some time, though Slot is confident he could return before the end of the season.
Fellow long-term absentee Tyler Morton will also miss the match as he continues to recover from a recent shoulder operation.
However, Curtis Jones will be available for selection after serving a one-match suspension in Sunday's win over Wolves.
Here, the ECHO looks at the full list of players set to be available on Wednesday.
