Gary Neville and Roy Keane believe Liverpool have now all but won the Premier League.
The race to the title looked set to open again less than a week ago when Liverpool drew with Aston Villa, but Arsenal failed to capitalise. The Gunners slipped up against West Ham and have now seen the pressure piled on as the Reds returned to winning ways.
Such is the contrast in performances this weekend, it has felt particularly significant in the Premier League title picture.
"That is what a title-winning performance looks like," he said with Liverpool leading.Like Keane, he noted Liverpool still had work to do but acknowledged the side's 'incredible position'.
"There was a long embrace between Van Dijk and Alisson that was telling," he said."It was a brilliant performance from Liverpool, a performance that brings familiarity to what a big away performance in the title race is like.
