The ECHO has put together a round-up of Liverpool's latest injury and fitness concerns ahead of the Champions League clash against AC Milan.
Injury: Fractured foot
Harvey Elliott is on the sidelines with a fractured foot he suffered while on international duty with the England Under-21s.
?
Elliott is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks, with a return not anticipated until after the October international break.
"Harvey is of course a big disappointment for him but also for us," Slot told reporters on September 13.
He will work as hard as always to come back in the best possible way."
Potential return date: Late October
Injury: Lack of match fitness
?
Federico Chiesa is yet to make his debut for Liverpool after signing from Juventus last month, but is not currently suffering from injury.
The forward was not involved in either of the matchday squads for the Premier League fixtures against Manchester United or Nottingham Forest.
Chiesa spent the international break building up his fitness and worked with the Liverpool Under-21 squad at the AXA Training Centre.
It's possible that Chiesa could make his long-awaited Liverpool debut when the Reds travel to Italy to face Milan in the Champions League.
?
Potential return date: AC Milan (A) - September 17
