How to watch Aston Villa vs Liverpool: TV channel, live stream, kick off time
Liverpool travel to Villa Park in a clash with hefty title ramifications on Wednesday, and many football fans in the UK will be keen to watch Arne Slot’s side showdown with Aston Villa live on TV
Liverpool will look to extend their lead atop the Premier League table to a whopping 10 points when they face Aston Villa.
Arne Slot’s team have been purring in the top flight and the Champions League, and thanks to their participation in the Carabao Cup final on March 16, their league clash against the Villans had to be rescheduled.
The Reds saw their match at Villa Park moved forward by almost a month to Wednesday (tonight). They make the trip having lost just a single league fixture all season, last dropping points in their fiery 2-2 draw against Everton at Goodison Park, but they will have played a game more than their title-chasing rivals such as Arsenal after tonight's fixture.
Unai Emery’s Villa, on the other hand, have been a mixed bag of late and sit in ninth with several key players sidelined through injury. Mirror Football brings you all you need to know ahead of the match, including kick-off time and where to tune in.
What time does Aston Villa vs Liverpool kick-off?
Thanks to Liverpool’s participation in the aforementioned League Cup final, their match against Villa, which was originally scheduled for March 15, has been moved.
It was decided that this midweek slot was the place to reschedule the clash, and it will kick off at 7:30pm – a different start from the usual midweek slots of 7:45pm and 8pm. This is down to the Champions League action on the same night. The Premier League, broadcasters and UEFA do what they can to avoid identical kick-off times for TV purposes, enhancing viewership across the matches.
