Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher revealed he once kicked a door through in the dressing room after the Reds had failed to keep a clean sheet.
Known for his obsession with keeping the opposition at bay during his playing days, the Reds icon opened up on the incident where a last gasp error from team-mate Harry Kewell saw Carragher elicit a furious response.

With Liverpool aiming for a club record of clean sheets in the 2006/2007 season, the former centre-half couldn't contain his emotions following a late mishap during a Premier League game against Portsmouth.
"I always remember Portsmouth away – it was our last away game of the season, and we were going for the record of most clean sheets, we were on 33 clean sheets for the season.
"We were beating Portsmouth 3-0, but then Harry Kewell doesn’t go with the full-back on the overlap and the goal goes in the back post in the last minute – we win 3-1.
"I came in [the dressing room] and kicked the door, I put my foot right through the door when we came in the dressing room, and I was just like [head gone], I was like a lunatic – we didn’t get a clean sheet.

Carragher revealed that the clean sheet debacle had a knock-on effect on the Champions League final in Athens that season.
Liverpool reached their seventh European Cup final in 2007 but lost 2-1 to AC Milan, the team they had beaten two years earlier to seal their fifth victory in the competition.
“The next game we had against Charlton, Rafa Benítez rested everyone because of the Champions League final, we drew 2-2 at home.
We didn’t get the clean sheet again and then we don’t win the Champions League final, and we don’t get the record – it all goes back to that Portsmouth game."
The dressing room door wasn't the only thing to endure Carragher's wrath in a bid to secure a clean sheet.
Most famously, back in May 2009, shortly after missing out on the Premier League title to bitter rivals Manchester United, Rafa Benitez’s side headed to The Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion.

Carragher’s desire to keep hold of a clean sheet saw him push Alvaro Arbeloa during the game, with several team-mates stepping in to keep the peace.
During this time on the pitch he kept 195 clean sheets in the Premier League and 20 in Champions League.
