One manager stands out from the rest for Mats Hummels from his two spells with Borussia Dortmund.

The 35-year-old has enjoyed a highly successful career which is still going strong at Roma.

He won the 2014 World Cup with Germany and has as many as 16 domestic trophies to his name.

After breaking through at Bayern Munich, Hummels joined Dortmund and established himself for club and country.

Dortmund slipped to fifth in the table after taking a defensive approach to their final few games ahead of the Champions League final, which they lost to Real Madrid.
