Liverpool squeezed past Everton on Wednesday to win the Merseyside Derby 1-0.
After losing big back-to-back games prior to the March international break, a win was the only thing needed from the Reds.
For a time, it looked as though that may not be forthcoming at Anfield.
Although Liverpool were the better side throughout the game, Everton still caused them problems during the first-half in particular.
The big talking point during the opening 45 minutes was that James Tarkowksi should been sent off for a horror tackle on Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister.
Mac Allister was fine and ultimately went on to play the full 90 minutes, but Arne Slot was still asked whether he had any worries at all over the Argentine at full-time.

There was no question that Tarkowski should have walked following his lunge on Mac Allister.
The centre-back got the ball first, but the follow through on Liverpool’s No.10 was needlessly high and could have seriously injured him.

According to Slot, though, there was no concern over Mac Allister at the end of the match.
“He is because he kept on playing, so I assume he’s okay,” the Reds boss told Sky Sports when asked if Mac Allister is okay.

“He’s also used to something because he’s from South America!
It could have been a serious injury but it wasn’t.”
Although Mac Allister was fine – and that was not a given after the way Tarkowski flew in – Slot should still look to rotate the 26-year-old against Fulham.
He, Dominik Szoboszlai, Ryan Gravenberch and even Curtis Jones played the full 90 minutes against Everton.
There has to be some change on Sunday.
Quite what Slot chooses to do will be interesting, but it should also be noted that Liverpool do not play for a full week after the Fulham clash.
Maybe Slot will choose to go again across the board.
In Mac Allister’s case, he is still not long off the back of a big trip to South America for the recent international breaks.
Liverpool are close now, but there’s no need in putting big players like the No.10 at risk.
