The January transfer business is still open, giving Liverpool the chance to make some changes to their squad.
As things stand, the Reds look unlikely to do any incoming business in what remains of the window, with Arne Slot happy to hold what he has.
However, there is a chance that Liverpool could still look to move a couple of players out of the door before February the 3rd.
Despite exit rumours over Trent Alexander-Arnold and several other players, it does not seem as though Slot will lose any senior members of the Liverpool squad.
Instead, loan moves could be the order of the day, with Rousing The Kop revealing this week that the Reds have offers for half a dozen of their young players.
One of those who is being courted is striker Jayden Danns.
And after further rumours that Stoke are chasing Danns, Slot was asked about the 19-year-old during his pre-Brentford press conference on Friday.

Danns has been a man in form over recent weeks.
The teenager followed up his third senior Liverpool goal on Saturday with another for the U21s on Wednesday.
With Slot yet to fully settle on who will play as his central striker, Danns is starting to throw his hat into the ring as a viable candidate.

A new injury for Diogo Jota will push the Liverpool academy forward further up the pecking order, with Slot confirming on Friday that Jota is a doubt to play against Brentford.
Asked whether this latest blow would alter the thinking about a loan for Danns, Slot left the door open to all possibilities.

“I think you take a lot of things into account if you want to loan out a player, this could be one of them but there are also other factors you take into account,” said the Liverpool head coach.
“Is it good for a player to get some playing time, yes or no.
Do we think we still need him?”
“Jayden did really well when he came in so we have four options [at number nine] and it’s up to us as a club to make the best possible decision for the near future, but also for the long-term future of this club.”
You can understand why Liverpool are taking their time with this one.
Danns has shown himself to be a real option for the first-team.
With question marks over Jota’s fitness and Darwin Nunez struggling to find the net recently, Slot should certainly be considering giving Danns more minutes.
The fourth option the Dutch coach is referring to here is Luis Diaz, with the Colombian having done well when tasked with playing centrally this season.
But playing Diaz through the middle has not worked in every game and we’d argue that as a natural centre forward, Danns should now be above Lucho.
Then again, if he sits and wastes away on the bench or in the U21s, then a loan move would have been the better option.
