Liverpool are just two wins away from securing their second Premier League title since 2020.
The Reds were nervy against West Ham on Sunday, but a late winner from Virgil van Dijk got them over the line.
If they can secure results against Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur in the next two weeks, Liverpool will be crowned champions of England again.
Despite their success, though, Sunday’s win once again highlighted the importance of improving the Liverpool squad during the upcoming transfer window.
Arne Slot looks set to put his stamp on the group after staying quiet in the market since his arrival last year.
And as the end of the season draws ever nearer, journalist David Ornstein has made a prediction about what to expect at Anfield this summer.

One of the most impressive things about Slot’s time at Liverpool so far is that he has done it all with a group of players assembled by a different manager.
Yes, that manager was Jurgen Klopp and some of the players are all-time greats, but Slot deserves huge credit regardless.
Speaking to NBC Sports on Sunday, though, Ornstein says the Dutch coach is set to make some changes this summer.

Huijsen and Kerkez would be a good start for Liverpool this summer, but the Reds cannot afford to stop there.
As Ornstein says, a new centre-forward has to be a priority for Slot and Richard Hughes as they look at areas to improve a title-winning team.
Beyond left-back, striker and centre-half, though, there are two more positions which could do with being looked at as well.
One of them is in midfield, where Liverpool once again looked leggy against the Hammers.
Lots to do, but luckily for Liverpool they have some of the best in the business pulling the strings.
