Ibrahima Konate has expressed his flattery at being linked with football giants Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
The 25-year-old French defender, who was born in Paris and spent five years in the academy of Paris FC before moving to Sochaux, is said to be tempted by the idea of a return to his hometown.
Speaking on French football programme Telefoot, Konate addressed his contract situation and potential interest from Madrid or PSG.

However, Foot Mercato disputes reports that PSG is keen to sign Konate, claiming that the French champion is not prioritizing signing the defender this summer.
"I took him off because of that (that he could get a second yellow card)," said Arne Slot after the game.
"I saw him getting his first yellow - that for me was a soft yellow
If he had gotten his second one for a shoulder push, that would have again been a soft yellow so he would have been sent off for two soft yellows.
