Arne Slot told Michael Oliver he would 'f****** blame him' if Liverpool don't win the league this season following a bad tempered draw with Everton.
In the last ever Merseyside derby to be played at Goodison Park before the Toffees move to their new stadium next year, the Reds looked to be on course for local bragging rights as well as another big three points on what seems like a procession to the English Premier League title.
That was until Everton skipper James Tarkowski lashed a strike into the top corner in the sixth minute of stoppage time to send the home fans wild.
They weren't the only ones, as Curtis Jones took issue with Oliver Doucoure celebrating in front of the travelling Liverpool support after the full-time whistle.
That sparked a mass shoving and shouting match, after which both were given their marching orders.
However, Slot claims he used different words towards Oliver.
A report stated: "LFC's Arne Slot ('AS') who had entered the field of play to confront the Referee and the Match Officials team.
In this exchange, AS once again shook the referee's hand and said 'if we don't win the league, I'll f****** blame you.' It is then further alleged that AS turned to the Assistant Referee and shouted twice that it was "a f****** disgrace." As a result of AS' conduct, he was shown a red card by the Referee.
