Liverpool could be active in the upcoming transfer windows as Arne Slot aims to fine-tune his squad.
The Dutchman made just one signing in the summer in the form of Federico Chiesa as he opted to stick to his guns and work with the squad he inherited from Jurgen Klopp.
However, with half a season nearly done, Slot now has a better understanding of his players and could look to take action in the transfer market.
And Fabrizio Romano has just delivered an update on Fulham’s Antonee Robinson, who has continued to earn rave reviews for his performances.

Robinson has been one of the most consistent full-backs in the Premier League since the start of last season and has taken his game to another level under Marco Silva.
The American international recently came up against Mohamed Salah and produced a spirited showing as he won the Man of the Match award at Anfield to help Fulham secure a 2-2 draw.
Jamie Carragher hailed Robinson for his performance against Salah and it appears as if the Anfield hierarchy are admirers of the player, although Romano suggested that Liverpool could target someone younger.
“For Antonee Robinson, what I’m hearing is that it’s true that Liverpool have been following him but their preference is more for younger players,” said Romano to Men in Blazers.

“Age can be a factor in this deal but let’s see because he’s doing fantastic.
I don’t think it’s one for January – Fulham want to keep him until the end of the season, especially manager Marco Silva.”
Robinson would undoubtedly be a fantastic addition to the Liverpool squad as he can contribute at both ends of the pitch, much like Andy Robertson.
However, the American international will turn 28 next year and wouldn’t really be a long-term solution to the left-back spot, with Robertson seemingly running on his last legs at Anfield.
Milos Kerkez has been linked with a move to Anfield and the Hungarian could be a more viable target as he’s considerably younger than Robinson.
