Trent Alexander-Arnold celebrates in the dressing room after Liverpool win 2024/25 Premier League title

Trent Alexander-Arnold wasted little time uploading the scenes from the Liverpool dressing room as they marked becoming Premier League champions on Sunday evening.

After a 5-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield confirmed Arne Slot’s men as champions of England, the players carried on the celebrations from the pitch to the dressing room.

Draped in specially-made ‘champions 20’ t-shirts to mark how many titles the club has now won, Alexander-Arnold and his colleagues could be heard singing along to GALA’s 1997 hit ‘Freed From Desire’ which has become something of an unofficial football anthem in recent years.

Alexander-Arnold posted the video to his 2.7m followers on X as the party continued into the evening at Anfield.

During the game itself, goals from Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo cancelled out Dominic Solanke’s header before Cody Gakpo made it 3-1 before half time.

Mohamed Salah made it four after the break before a Destiny Udogie confirmed a hammering for the visiting Spurs.

Reds’ vice captain Alexander-Arnold is out of contract at the end of the season and is wanted by Real Madrid, who are keen to secure the defender on a free transfer.
