Liverpool are in a fantastic position in the Premier League as Arne Slot continues to impress in his first season in charge of the club.

The Reds have a four-point lead over second-placed Chelsea despite having a game in hand and will look to finish the year on a high.

Young Liverpool fan Isaac has stolen hearts not just among the Anfield faithful, but among the wider football community in recent weeks.

Born with a condition known as Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, Isaac went through several surgeries as a young boy as he’s missing 78 genes from chromosome 4, but the one thing he absolutely adores is his beloved club.

Issac was chosen as the mascot for Liverpool’s Premier League clash against Manchester City as he walked out at Anfield alongside captain Virgil van Dijk.

To make his Christmas more special, the club invited him and his family to spend a day at the AXA Training Centre as he watched his favourite players from close quarters.

As seen below in the video, Isaac candidly interacted with a handful of Liverpool players, but his conversation with Andy Robertson was particularly hilarious.

Upon meeting the Scot, Isaac was asked if he was better than Mohamed Salah, to which the little fella simply replied ‘Yes.’

Robertson then took it up a notch and quipped “Salah’s rubbish, isn’t he?’ as he took a hilarious jibe at his £35m teammate.

Safe the say the festive cheer within the squad is as good as it can be!

Ibrahima Konate and Conor Bradley were the only two absentees from the squad that faced Tottenham, while Federico Chiesa was left out after playing 45 minutes against Southampton a few days prior to the game.
