Liverpool face PSG tomorrow in a huge UEFA Champions League tie with the Reds holding on with a slender lead.
Harvey Elliott made Liverpool’s one shot on target count against PSG as the Anfield side pulled off a dictionary smash-and-grab win against the French giants, with Alisson Becker enjoying what he described as his best game ever for the Merseyside outfit.
With PSG star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sending a warning to Liverpool ahead of tomorrow’s match, Arne Slot knows he and his team will have to be at their absolute best if they’re to book their ticket into the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
And Gary Neville has now shared his verdict on if Liverpool can get a result against PSG at Anfield.

Speaking on the Gary Neville Podcast, the former Manchester United captain believes Liverpool’s tie with PSG won’t be as cut-and-dry as some pundits believe it will be, with the French side seemingly up for this week’s clash.
And heading into tomorrow’s tie, Neville has said he can picture an outcome where Liverpool end up getting eliminated by PSG, even with a 1-0 lead and having the full force of an Anfield crowd behind them for the game.
Neville said when asked about Liverpool’s fixture with PSG: “It’ll be a hell of a game at Anfield this week, it’ll be a brilliant game, the atmosphere will be sensational.
Liverpool will be right up for it.
And then obviously, the Champions League is a different story.

“I’m not quite sure I see Liverpool winning the Champions League.
PSG, I think it’s a 50-50 game, Liverpool could easily win but so could PSG, PSG are a good side.”
Liverpool were outplayed against PSG in a manner that Slot’s side haven’t experienced at all this season, with the Reds second-best in virtually every department despite somehow coming away from the Parc des Princes with a 1-0 win.
Yet with Luis Enrique highlighting how ‘dangerous’ PSG will be, Liverpool need to prepare for the worst against the Parisian side, who will want revenge after being humiliated last week on the biggest stage of all in Europe.
Indeed, the winner of tomorrow’s tie will be a strong favourite to go all the way in the Champions League, and Liverpool know they have the quality to do just that if they can first best PSG at Anfield.
