A report from Spanish news outlet Sport recently claimed that Newcastle are already 'accepting' that Isak could be allowed to leave the club in the summer.
It was suggested that Isak could join a new club if an offer in excess of €100million (£83million) is submitted.
Now Carragher has a theory as to why Anfield could be Isak's desnitation in the summer.
The former Liverpool defender believes the Reds have a chance of beating Arsenal to the striker's signature.
"I don't really get all the talk about going to Arsenal," Carragher said on the It's Called Soccer!
