Jamie Carragher has questioned why Liverpool have not been able to agree new contracts with Mohamed Salah or Virgil van Dijk yet - as well as revealing the forward has been offered a new deal.
Since before the season began, the futures of Liverpool's big trio have been at the forefront of discussions surrounding the ongoing push for silverware.
Top goalscorer Salah, captain Van Dijk and vice-captain Trent Alexander-Arnold are all currently eligible to negotiate a free transfer with foreign clubs.
Carragher has been vocal about his former club and this saga throughout the season and has now chosen to speak again.
Speaking alongside Paul Scholes on The Overlap's Fan Debate, the former Manchester United man kicked things off saying: "Once you get over 30 I think every club looks at that, that’s the way they do it.

But, I think it’s a little bit different now.
I understand what they’ve done for the club but they’re still so good right now that I don’t think you can be offering them a year.
It’d have to be two.
"I’d be gutted if Liverpool didn’t sign them but I’d also be looking at them like, why haven’t you signed?
I think Salah can go until he’s 37, 38.
