Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville have worked for Sky Sports for a number of years(Image: Getty Images)
Former Manchester United defender Paul Parker has claimed Sky Sports viewers have had enough of Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher.
The punditry duo has recently been at the centre of a spat involving Rio Ferdinand, after they criticised Arsenal player Myles Lewis-Skelly for copying Erling Haaland's 'zen' goal celebration during the Gunners' 5-1 triumph over Manchester City.
Parker, who played alongside Neville at Old Trafford and served Manchester United from 1991 to 1996, suggested Sky Sports is 'alienating' its audience with pundits who "wear their allegiances on their sleeves".
They're fed up with Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher.
Viewers respect Jamie for the number of games he played and Gary for the titles he won.
This prompted backlash on social media, with accusations of bias towards his former club.
One social media user expressed their frustration, posting: "Jamie Carragher doesn't even try to hide his bias...that's the most obvious dive when watched back and he's saying 'Jota has been clever there'.
Let that have been any other team and he'd saying how disgraceful the player is."
Another added fuel to the fire, questioning Carragher's impartiality with: "Why isn't Jamie Carragher calling that dive out instead of saying there's not much in it?!
