Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku has expressed his disappointment at failing to capitalise on his encounter with Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Reds full-back endured a difficult afternoon on Sunday during their 2-0 win over Pep Guardiola's side against the Belgian.
Despite the 22-year-old enjoying success in one-v-one situations, City failed to break down the defensive structure from Liverpool.
Alexander-Arnold lost 12 duels, while Doku won 16 and completed 15 dribbles during his 90-minute display at the Etihad Stadium.
The encounter reignited the battle from earlier in the season which saw Jarell Quansah replace the Reds vice-captain midway through the second-half.
However, Doku has admitted his frustration at a lack of execution after failing to deny Liverpool the opportunity to extend their lead at the Premier League summit.

"The most important thing after passing is to create something from it, and I played some good balls in front of the goal but we have to score.

"We have to analyse the game and see what I can do better and what we can do better as a team."
Alexander-Arnold is likely to continue in the full-back position after Slot confirmed that his right-back partner, Conor Bradley, will be out for "a few weeks" after picking up a muscle injury against Aston Villa.
"He [Bradley] is out for a few weeks," said the Dutchman.
